Bloom Collective is a women-led advisory, stewardship, and community support circle created to help Square E Farms grow with purpose.  However, the collective is Open to ALL!!!

The Collective brings together family, friends, community leaders, professionals, creatives, growers, educators, and supporters who believe in preserving Black land, honoring ancestral wisdom, strengthening local food systems, and creating opportunities for future generations.

Members contribute in ways that reflect their interests, skills, connections, and capacity. Some may help plan gatherings or youth programs. Others may share farming knowledge, support fundraising, connect the farm with community partners, document family stories, or simply show up when help is needed.

Our areas of focus include:

Bloom Collective is both a thought partner and an action-oriented support system. It helps carry the vision of Square E Farms forward so that the responsibility does not rest on one person or one generation.

This is legacy work. What we build today is not only for ourselves, but for our children, our community, and those who will come after us.
